It s Time To Upgrade Your Item Upgrade Options
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar item and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original item's level, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment using three categories that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you need a higher level token to reroll. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not affect the item's longevity. This is an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are several methods to get these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can put in equipment that needs to be upgraded, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available for it. Likewise, once an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounts.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide more effects or an improved level of the item upgrade. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value out of a perfect roll on the item level upgrade. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item upgrader kit.
Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
