BASF Expected To Announce Listing Plans For Agri Chemicals...

BERLIN, Sept 18 (Reuters) - BASF is expected to announce that it is preparing a listing of its agricultural chemicals division in several years, among other overhaul measures, at its capital markets day later this month, Situs Berita Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.

The German company could also announce plans for its battery materials business as well as its coatings business at the meeting scheduled for Sept. 26-27, Bloomberg reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Shares were up 4% following the report.
