The Band Toto Asia

Toto expanded its production facilities abroad, and doing business in France and Germany, Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan, Thailand and the People's Republic of China. North America was seen as an opportunity to grow for bidet and washlet toilet seats, as opposed its "base" markets in Japan and China.

Dhaniram Toto was documenting Toto words to ensure the next generation would be able to read them. However, many words were being replaced with foreign ones, like dui from Bengali for verandah.

Origins

Toto's early history, which began in 1917, was a reflection of Japan's economic growth. In the first half, Toto produced goods to meet the demand for modern, contemporary urban housing. To do this, it employed the first tunnel kiln in the nation to produce ceramics in continuous flow. It also pioneered automation for production control, which allows for greater efficiency and consistency.

The company began expanding internationally in the late 1980s to take advantage of new markets and sales opportunities. It created the Cera Trading Company, importing and selling other products of manufacturers to complement its own line of plumbing fittings and sanitary earthenware. This strategy increased sales and expanded the market share of the company globally.

By the 1990s, Toto had shifted its emphasis on research and development for household appliances that use water. It also improved its distribution system to better meet the needs of customers and to increase profits. The company adopted a just-in-time method of managing supply chains and used the same methodology in its sales strategy. This resulted in a greater level customer satisfaction.

Toto continues to invent with regard to toilet technology. The latest toilet, for example is equipped with a strong tornado flush that is more eco friendly than conventional toilets. Toto uses recycled water in its manufacturing process and also has a green purchasing policy. Apart from toilets, Toto produces bathtubs and faucets and hand dryers that are more efficient in terms of energy consumption than typical models.

The first museum of the company was opened in 2015 It has exhibits on Toto's seminal products and their evolution and its group companies (all that deal with ceramics), historical background of plumbing and products such as bath units and, in a different gallery, Toto products sold around the world. The museum houses a bathroom with a WASHLET and other toilet innovations.

Before beginning the formation of Toto members of the group did session work for various musicians. Boz Scaggs album Silk Degrees featured keyboardist David Paich and guitarists Mike Porcaro & Steve Lukather and drummer Jeff Porcaro & Steve Lukather. They also performed on records by Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, and Sonny and Cher.

Discography

With a name like Asia one would think that the group would be prog kings and 먹튀검증 사이트 (check it out) queens - but it's actually a fairly straightforward rock band. The band started out as a group and recorded two albums: 1979's self-titled debut and 1980's Armed to the Teeth. The group has a diverse musical background, but their greatest success came in 1982 when they released Toto IV.

The album was a major blockbuster, but not without difficulties. The record companies placed the band under pressure to release a hit single or else they would pull them. Luckily for Toto they did, with the assistance of the smash single "Africa."

Toto's musical mastery is the result of their prior experience. Before forming the group, the members worked as session musicians for artists such as Boz Scaggs. Steely Dan and 안전놀이터 순위 (Exatanews.Com.Br) Seals and Crofts. Their sonic trademark has become the standard of '80s music, influencing many contemporary artists.

The album begins hard with songs such as Running Out of Time or Unknown Soldier that show the band's ability to write great AOR tunes that slowly get into your head. The album also features slow, jazzier tracks like The Little Things and Chinatown. And the album ends with Great Expectations, a song that mixes folk with distortion AOR and should sound totally wrong, but works wonderfully well.

After Toto IV, the band's fortunes changed for the worse. David Hungate left the band to pursue a solo career and the band had a variety of drummers. In 1984, Bobby Kimball was fired from the band in the aftermath of drug-related charges. However, the group continued to perform as a trio with Michael Porcaro and Steve Lukather.

Despite the chaos, Toto forged ahead and released Isolation that was not as successful as IV. The band managed to release a chart-topping album, Kingdom of Desire, in 1992. This album marked the conclusion of the original Toto lineup and was also the first album featuring a new singer, Simon Phillips.

Line-up

Turn Back, the band's third studio album is an ode to the classic sextet format, and it was a more consistent, more powerful album with a sharper edge. The edgier sound of Turn Back was a reflection of the growth of the band. Bobby Kimball's growing proficiency was evident in the vocals of Joseph Williams, who had become more confident and mature. David Paich's keyboard work was also sharper, 스포츠토토 사이트 (https://uc.Ecer.com/home/logouts?goto=https://to-Topia.com/) more complex and less akin to previous efforts.

After touring to promote the album, the group recorded a live concert in Amsterdam that was released as a set of two CDs called Falling In Between Live on Eagle Records. A new studio album was released a few months later, and the band embarked on an extensive world tour in support of the album. During this period, keyboardist Greg Phillinganes replaced Paich and bassist David Hungate quit the group to spend time with his family.

In 1998, Paich & Lukather began looking through old tapes and demos to discover songs that hadn't been recorded prior to. The album was released in 2001 as a duo album titled Then & Now. It was the band's first album that did not contain the single track "A". The album also included a previously unreleased track "Kari-Anne".

By 2003, Toto had begun to decline in popularity. The group's fourth album, Old Is New was a commercial failure and vocalist Williams was suffering from laryngitis, which affected his singing abilities. Hungate also returned to Nashville and Leland Sklar's drumming was replaced by Shem Von Schroeck.

Downes, Wetton Palmer and Howe, the original members of Asia were in England in the early part of 2006 to discuss the possibility that the group could be revived. The lineup, which was minus Howe (who was busy with Yes at the time) was eventually referred to as Toto XIV and toured extensively.

In 2010, the band reunited for another reunion tour with a slightly different line-up, including guitarists Mike Porcaro and Steve Lukather, drummer John Pierce, bassist Shannon Forrest, and multi-instrumentalists Warren Ham and Dominique Taplin. The band also had an appearance by singer Michael McDonald and a backing vocalist named Mabvuto Carver.
