Albums
Toto's discography includes 13 studio albums and four live albums. There are also compilations. In addition to releasing original music, Toto has also done collaborations with other artists and on soundtracks for films. The band has won multiple Grammy Awards for their work.
Before Toto was formed The members of the band did sessions for other musicians. David Paich, the son of session drummer Marty Paich, and Jeff Porcaro (the brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro and drummer Jeff Porcaro) all played on Boz Scaggsalbum in 1975 Silk Degrees. The group's collaboration led to formation of Toto in the year 1976.

Shem Von Schröck replaced Leland Sklar as drummer during the tour for the 40 Trips Around the Sun album. In 2017, Toto released the double-CD set Falling in Between. It included live recordings from the tour and also an interview with the group.
